In a therapeutic context yoga can give us very powerful practises that can give complimentary support to healing work; effective stress management tools we can use daily and many strengthening practises for overall greater wellbeing of body, mind and spirit.
As an experienced practitioner and teacher of yoga and meditation and co-director of Brisbane Yoga Space, I believe that a holistic and comprehensive approach to wellbeing can provide greater healing and inspiration towards achieving positive resolutions and long-lasting solutions.
Holistic Counselling sessions may be enhanced by the use of appropriate yogic techniques where suitable. You may also elect to have private Therapeutic Yoga and Meditation sessions which can include the management of physical, mental or emotional symptoms with a supported and monitored personalised programme of yoga and meditation.
